Danfeng Qiu (b. China) is a photographer who lives and works in New York. He works in this medium because photography is the one and only medium that can truly freezes time. He is inspired by the visual artist Henri Cartier-Bresson because in his Decisive Moment, he was a craftsman that constructed every frame perfectly. He is also inspired by Jamie Windsor because Jamie Windsor once said, "Photography is not reality, it's an interpretation of reality...". Photographers should make the picture in their mind and try to convey their idea through the images. Even though reality might not look the same.
